A most honorable undertaking, the building of generations is a very difficult mission that poses tremendous challenges because a sound and all-round education involves the discovering of capabilities, achieving of individuality, polishing of the mind,  and acquiring of good morals. These help the individual become an effective member of his society. In order to achieve the Foundation's objective and allow its dream to materialize, we had to develop a scientific and applied philosophy that has its roots deep in our hearts, so that it would serve as the compass that guides our efforts  and motivate and direct us in our pursuit of positive participation in materializing that dream.

The word "philosophy" is one of the most widely used  expressions and one that evokes a deep meaning, but only if it is supported by a clear application vision that can be relied upon in building a society of knowledge, freedom, mercy and justice. Ultimately, philosophy  aims to achieve self-understanding and self-explanation, understanding society, the universe and the truth, so that the important knowledge and overall issues may be become more objective and coherent in as much as they affect the interests of the individual. This vision calls for putting knowledge at the service of the process a deeper understanding of things, increasing the opportunities for controlling reality, solving its problems, opening up new channels in the process of generating knowledge and improving the quality of life. As the human being owns a tremendous mental ability to think objectively and in an organized manner by employing his mind  and senses, the tendency toward discovery, which exists deep inside his being, motivates him to understand events and try to understand unclear things in his search for new knowledge and correction of his existing knowledge. And because a sound education should be protected by a philosophical frame that reflects the beliefs and strategies of educators, the educating philosophy of our Foundation directs our present and future trends and actions. The word "pursuit" in our mission and philosophy means loyalty, doing the job well, dialogue, perseverance, creativity, leadership, hard work and tolerance.

The philosophy of our Foundation is based on respect for the new generation, belief in their capabilities and creative talents that lead the way  toward a prosperous future and brilliant future  that brings abundant with hope and hard work. The young generation need an encouraging environment that promotes sciences and glorifies morals and emphasizes the value of hard work in order to build individuals who are self-confident, who believe in God and appreciate the virtue of selfless giving. For all these reasons, the Foundation should provide and promote an attractive environment that help self-development according to high standards of tolerance, sublimity, scientific thinking, nationalistic  feeling and humanitarianism. This is what we will strive to achieve.  This is what we honestly believe in and are proud of.

This generation  of citizens takes a respectful pride in giving, in his religion, and national, and  has strong nationalistic feelings. In other words, an individual who belongs to this generation is proud  in the knowledge that he is an important  individual, that he owns tremendous capabilities and potential which help him achieve his individuality. He strongly believes in Allah, his Creator. He believes in the great Message, and knows that, like his Prophet, peace be upon him,  he too has a mission to accomplish, and that he has in the Prophet, peace be upon him, a great example in individuality and morality. He is also proud of his country, for it represents his honor and reputation. He is proud of his religion because it is the guiding light in his life. He is proud of belonging to the Arab nation and to the nation of Islam. He takes pride in being a human being and respects the dignity of all mankind regardless of form, race, faith or religion.

In addition, this generation of citizens understands the concepts, skills and sciences that help him keep abreast with all  modern developments. An individual who belongs to this generation understands future challenges and competition. He draws his own plans to ensure that he will be able to take his own decisions and bear the consequences. Our balanced philosophy blends authenticity with modernity, so that we may proceed, with open eyes, toward achieving our mission in life.

In the context of this educational undertaking, so rich with diversity, Ajial has adopted an approach that brings sciences, knowledge, arts, values, living skills together and simplifies them within the teaching process in an objective, yet please and attractive way, without any compromising abridging or boring elaboration. The management of Ajial realize that the God-given cleverness can take the individual far through sustained education, sound direction, well-designed programs, enlightened revision and effectively keeping up with the latest development in the field of education and teaching.

In brief, Ajial's philosophy is to encourage both the learner and the teacher to adopt good health, study and social habits that help ensure a life enriched by selfless giving and  blessed by creativity.
